The magnetic separator belt adopts double-layer high-strength polyester fiber cloth as the skeleton layer and coated with PVC adhesive with high magnetic permeability, which greatly improves the permeability and abrasion resistance of the belt.

The magnetic separator belt developed by Annilte has the following characteristics:

1、Wear-resistant

Nano wear-resistant factors are added to the front and back of the belt, and the scraping strip (iron removal strip) is upgraded to prevent wear caused by long-term operation, so the belt has good wear resistance.

2、Good magnetic permeability

Specially developed and designed for magnetic separator equipment, the permeability is >90%, which effectively improves the beneficiation rate of the equipment.

3、No wrinkle

Increase the diameter of the weft yarn, the belt transverse stability is good, the operation does not run off, to avoid the longitudinal wrinkle problem.

4、No material hiding and no material leakage

Adopt seamless skirt + specific slow S skirt process, skirt tensile force, to avoid material accumulation caused by hiding material, leakage, running material and other problems.
