Gluer Belt for Packing Machine
The gluer belt is mainly used to apply glue to the position where glue needs to be applied according to the requirements of the carton after the paper or cardboard is molded by creasing and die-cutting and folded to shape after pre-folding. It is widely used in the feeding mechanism of various printing and packaging equipments, such as gluing machine, gluing machine, gluing box machine, window sticker machine, etc.
Paper Conveyor Belt: It is used in the head of gluing box machine to convey paper into the machine, the common thickness is 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and it can automatically and continuously feed paper without overlapping. According to the different bottom belt and surface of the belt, it can be divided into paper feeding flat belt, paper feeding belt with teeth and slotted paper feeding belt.
Paper feeding flat belt: the surface is polished flat, fine texture, with wear-resistant, non-slip and non-dusting performance, and small friction loss.
Toothed conveyor belt: non-slip meshing transmission, precise transmission ratio, high efficiency, good buffer and vibration damping ability, low noise.
Slotted Conveyor Belt: With PJ or PH grooves on the surface, it can increase the friction of product conveying and high speed operation.
Laminating belt: also known as perforated suction belt, perforated processing on the surface of the belt, play the role of suction, conducive to accurate paper feeding, with the design of the machine itself, so that the paper is reasonable and orderly production, commonly used in laminating machines and corrugated paper transmission.
