Polyurethane synchronous belts are made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) / cast polyurethane (CPU) materials, with high resistance to abrasion, various types of cores to ensure that it still maintains good movement in the transmission, and production tolerances are small.PU synchronous belt transmission is composed of a closed loop tape with equally spaced teeth on the inner circumference surface and the corresponding pulleys. When moving, the teeth of the belt mesh with the grooves of the pulleys to transfer motion and power, which is a kind of meshing transmission, and thus has various advantages of gear transmission, chain transmission and flat belt transmission. It can be produced into open-end belt, spliced ring belt, seamless ring belt without interface.
