1, high temperature resistance
As the string welder in the work will produce a lot of heat and vibration, the belt needs to withstand high temperature and friction.
If the belt does not have high temperature resistance, it is easy to be deformed or melted under high temperature, thus affecting the normal work of the string welder.
2, corrosion resistance
String welding machine work will use chemical reagents, which will cause corrosion and damage to the belt, so the belt needs to be corrosion-resistant to cope with the daily work required.
3, perforation quality
As the string welder belt needs to be perforated, so the production process requires a high degree of sophistication, if the perforation is not neat or too small or too large, will lead to uneven force in the work of the belt, accelerating the damage and aging of the belt, affecting the efficiency of the string welder.
