The thermal transfer machine blanket is generally adjusted before leaving the factory, because the thermal transfer machine blanket works in 250°C high temperature, the cold machine and the hot thermal transfer machine blanket appear to be hot and cold, so when the transfer just started to go off, please use the following methods to solve the phenomenon.
First, when the normal transfer, the blanket goes to the left, you can open the reverse car, then the blanket goes to the right to stop by the big roller, properly tighten the adjusting screw at the left end of the lower tension shaft ④, and properly loosen the adjusting screw at the right end of the lower tension shaft ④.
Second, after correcting the deviation with the above method, if the blanket still goes to the left at this time, please rotate the high-speed section screw at the right end of the front upper tension axis ①, and push forward 5-8mm.
Third, if the blanket goes to the right, you can drive the opposite car, then the blanket goes to the left to stop on the side of the big cylinder, properly tighten the adjusting screw at the right end of the lower tension axis ④, and properly loosen the adjusting screw at the left end of the lower tension axis ④.
Fourth, after using the above method to correct the deviation, if the blanket is still going to the right, please rotate the adjustment screw on the left end of the front tension shaft ④ and push forward 5-8mm.
Caution
1、If the content to be transferred is not ready during the normal transfer, you can turn down the speed appropriately, and it is better not to stop, so as to avoid too much color deviation, and not to reverse the speed, so as to avoid shading.
2、After the machine is finished, still keep it in the rotating state, because the temperature is still high after the machine is finished, so it may damage the blanket and reduce the service life of the blanket after the machine is stopped.
3、If there is a power failure during the transfer, turn the handwheel so that the blanket can be removed from the roller and the most important aspect is to cool down the temperature.
4、When the machine is running at high speed, it is not possible to change forward and reverse gears to avoid burning the fuse.
