(5) The surface of the tape is polluted by oil or chemicals.
(6) The tension force is too large, and the tensile force on the tape increases.
The solution is:
(1) Prevent the belt from hanging onto fixed components or the belt from falling into metal components.
(2) Consider installing longitudinal tear protection device at the loading place.
(3) According to the requirements of storage, try to avoid short distance laying use.
(4) Adjust the degree of tension in time to avoid long-term deflection.
