Fish separator belt is one of the core parts of fish separator (also known as fish meat picker, fish skin fish separator, etc.), which is mainly used to separate fish meat from fish body with fish skin, fish bone, fish splinter and so on. It separates the fish meat from the fish body by cooperating with the drum of the meat picker and utilizing mechanical extrusion and friction, which is the key transmission part for realizing efficient fish meat processing.

Structure and working principle
Structure: The belt of the fish meat separator is usually made of high-strength, abrasion-resistant rubber or food-grade plastic, with special textures or bumps designed on the surface to enhance the friction with the fish body and ensure the effective separation of fish meat.
Working Principle: When the fish body is fed into the fish separator, the belt works closely with the rotating meat picking roller to strip the fish meat from the fish skin and bones by squeezing and friction. The separated fish meat is discharged through the aperture of the drum, while the fish skin and bones are discharged out of the machine.

Application Scenario
